The Fellow programme at GHS-IMR is a unique doctoral full time management programme designed to nurture the emerging scholars for career in research and invigorate their skills and creativity . The first two years are designed so as to impart knowledge, develop skills and create an attitude so as to enable scholars to take up challenging opportunities in teaching, research and consulting. It primarily lays emphasis on the knowledge in the discipline and functional areas of management, and general management. While the second year aims to develop analytical and comprehensive research skills, ie. Equipping researchers with the knowledge in their domain or functional areas. The third year provides a research insight to the scholar wherein he/she develops a thesis proposal which is then finally approved by the Thesis Advisory Committee (TAC) thus opening avenues for further research .

Management

Post Graduate
MBA/PGDM with first division (60%) / ICWA, CS with at least 55% marks; / B.E./B.Tech degrees with at least 60% marks with minimum two years post- qualification work experience. Candidates appearing for final examination can also apply for the programme, provided he/she satisfies the eligibility criteria by Aug 31, 2013.
