The Department of Architecture is committed to provide a supportive, friendly and challenging environment for learning Architecture. The department is planned for an intake of 40 to 60 students, from the academic year 2012, Affiliated under the Visvesvaraya Technological University,(VTU) Belgaum, Karnataka State, The Architecture Course is a 10 semester (5 years) approved programme under the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE)and the Council of Architecture,(COA) New Delhi, India.

During the Final semester, the students are sent from the college to work on an Apprentice training Programe, with private/corporate architectural organizations. So, that they get an exposure to practice their profession either individually or can join any Organization.

After B. Arch. Degree from VTU, a student can pursue his/her post graduate studies in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Architectural Conservation, Housing, City & Regional Planning, Environmental Planning, Construction Management or other related fields either in India or in a foreign country.

    The GIRLS hostel provides modern facilities to accommodate 200 students very comfortably. Rooms for Postgraduate students have attached Bath Rooms The BOYS Hostel has modern facilities to accommodate 350 students very comfortably. A new building for Boys hostel with seven floors and one international hostel is also built to provide world class infrastructure and facilities for the students. The HOSTELS have 24 hour Security, Solar Water Heaters, Indoor Sports Room, Telephone Facility, Gymnasium, Multi Cuisine food service, Cafeteria, Recreational room etc. All these facilities are created with a desire to create homely, healthy and educational atmosphere. Residential wardens take care of the welfare of students and discipline.
