The goal of Training & Placement cell is to provide world class training to the AIET students and employment opportunities in leading organizations. It arranges training for students in industries for 6 weeks at the end of 4th semester. Students of 6th and 7th semester undergo six month training at various prestigious organizations. The students act as a channel of communication with the industries.

Hostels Baba Sheikh Farid Boys Hostel Mata Khivi Girls Hostel Institute has separate hostels for boys and girls, namely Baba Sheikh Farid Boys Hostel and Mata Khivi Girls Hostel. Each hostel is self contained with amenities such as guest room, reading room, indoor games room, dining hall and mess. The two Chief Wardens are in-charge of the hostels organizations. They are assisted by hostel wardens and mess presidents. The hostel accommodation has been designed for ease and comfort.Each hostel is equipped with a hygienic kitchen, a canteen,common room, gymnasium, hot water facility in winter and recreational facilities. Additionally,24 hours internet connectivity is available.Badminton Court, Lawn Tennis Court and Basketball Court are attractions for sports-loving students.Doctors and conveyance to hospital are available for emergencies.
