Prospectus & forms are available from the admission office of the Academy on payment of Rs. 300/- for the certificate and diploma courses and Rs. 400/- for the degree & diploma courses affiliated by the university towards registration. Payment vide cheque/DD to be made in favor of Sadhna Foundation.. All documents mentioned in checklist provided with the application form, along with 4 passport size photographs MUST be attached while submitting the form. Candidates will be required to produce original documents on demand. When applying for more than one program, separate forms are required to be put in for each course. Forms received after the last date will not be entertained.
