Off campus hostel facilities are available for girls and boys for now. But despite being off campus, these hostels will be monitored by the officials on full time basis and special attention for hygiene and security will be provided. The food for hostels will be prepared and monitored by special committee comprising of students and teachers. Every effort will be made to provide home like comfort and security to every single student of the hostel. A senior college official and a member of the management team will be made specifically responsible for the facilities at the hostel. Construction for in house hostel is on and will be completed before the intake of next year.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Computer Science/Biology/Bio-tech from U.P. Board or its equivalent are eligible for admission to B.Tech Programs and candidate's who have passed graduation with Mathematics( in any optional form) at intermediate. Admission is done through the entrance test conducted by U.P. Technical University for the state domicile seats. The allotment of college & branch is through 'Counseling'. Students achieving highest merit positions in the entrance examination are offered admission as per their first preferences of seat and college. The students lower in the merit get admission in lower order of preferences. Students willing to join GIMTECH must indicate their choices forGIMTECH in branches of their choices during counseling.
