Training and placement cell at AFSET is devoted to training & placemet needs of our college students. M.D. University has provided for mandatory six weeks practical training for IV semester and VI semester students during their summer vacations. T & P department arranges for training of students in various industries. Such training is an essential element of engineering education whereby they begin to develop acquaintance with the industrial processes and practices in terms of procuring, manufacturing, marketing, testing etc.

Al-Falah Charitable Trust Managing Committee awards cash prize for position holders of University. The Awards are as follows First Position in University - Rs 20,000/- Second Position in University - Rs 10,000/- Third Position in University - Rs 5,000/- AFSET also gives cash prizes of Rs. 2000/-, Rs. 1000/- & certificates to the students securing first, second & third position in each semester.

The College has provided clean and hygienic residential facilities at present off the campus. The Hostels are located at Sector - 21 C & A of Faridabad, where separate buildings for both boys and girls have been taken on rent. The students warden and staff are provided bus service from the hostel to the college to ensure convenience, security and dependability.

In the light of the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in P.A. Inamdar v/s State of Maharashtra and others. Al-Falah Charitable Trust has reserved 75% of the seats for Muslim Minority Students and 25% seats are reserved for Non-Muslim Students for the session 2009-10 for both the colleges. If Non-Muslim seats remain vacant then these seats can be filled by Muslim Students and vice versa. For the Admission in Al-Falah School of Engineering & Technology & Brown Hills College of Engineering & Technology Muslim Minority Institution , Village Dhauj, Faridabad-121004-Haryana. Both Institutions are approved by AICTE, recognized by Govt. of Haryana and affiliation to M.D. University, Rohtak-Haryana. 75% seats are reserved for Muslim Minority candidates and 25% seats are open for general candidate, if general category seats remain vacant seats will be offered to Muslim candidates and vice-versa.
