Commenced in 1980, the program is a boon for the working professionals to enhance their managerial capabilities in Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, IT & Operations fields.Learning at IFMR is not confined to the classroom. Students are expected to take responsibility for and be active participants in the learning process. Students are encouraged to participate in national level seminars and competitions. Learning teams, case studies, lectures, games, syndicates, web-based learning, real-life simulations and summer projects are effectively integrated into classroom learning with real-world exposure. The PGDM program consists of two years of course work and one year of intense project work.
