This programme covers the management of computer-based information systems in an organisational context. It has a specific focus on organisational and social aspects of computing. The main aim is to provide you with the knowledge and skills required to develop and manage business information systems. More specifically, the programme will provide you with the ability to specify, implement, manage and evaluate information systems which are technically, commercially and socially feasible and help you develop critical, analytical and problem solving skills with respect to information systems and their management. There is also an emphasis on transferable skills, which will make it easier for you keep up to date after graduation.

    1. U. P. TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY conducts an entrance examination for 85% seats.The candidates are allotted branches on the basis of their merit through counselling conducted by U.P.TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY. 2. For 15% seats candidates can apply for direct admission to the Alpine College of Engineering. Admission will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in qualifying exam and /or respective entrance exam as per the policies of the University .
