BDS course was started in the dental wing of MAMC in 1983 with 20 students. Since 2006, the student intake has increased to 40 per year. MAIDS is affiliated to Delhi University.

• 12 years Senior Secondary Examination with at least 50% (40% minimum marks requirement for scheduled Castes/Tribes) aggregate marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together or B.Sc. with any two subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) with 50% marks and Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English passed at Higher Secondary.
• Candidates who have appeared at the qualifying examination are also eligible.
• Candidates should be medically fit.
