The Dental Departments have been running successfully for the past 4 years to provide free treatment to more than 2 lakh patients till date. With an abundance of stock in each and every department of the institute, the departments screen diagnose and treat 100-150 patients on an average daily. Our Dental College falls in the suburb area of the city where most of the population suffers from the after effects of masala chewing and smoking. Hence about 12-18 patients are diagnosed daily with the conditions of various oral cancers and pathologies. This makes students aware of the features of such abnormalities in the mouth and other related body parts.
