Indian Business Academy (IBA) was established in the year 2000 at Bangalore by IIT IIM graduated professionals, with an aim of providing world class management education. IBA has emerged as a trendsetting B School with curriculum modeled on a complete understanding of complex international businesses. It has two campuses, one in Bangalore and another in Greater Noida.
IBA has setup another world class campus in the Northern part of India , so that the students of this region can be benefited and need not travel far to south in pursuit of quality education. Greater Noida was coming up as the educational hub of North India and given its proximity to Delhi (just 35 minutes drive), it became the ideal location for the new IBA campus.
Today, IBA enjoys Category A+ Rankings by Business India and is ranked 53rd in India by CSR 2007 survey. IBA is run by a team of professionals headed by its Chairman, Mr. B.M.L Jain who is an IIT Kanpur Alumnus 1970 Batch. IBA’s Director Mr. Manish Jain B.E (Mechanical), PGDBM (Finance) holds Diploma in Management from Bangalore and takes care of Institute’s overall development activities.
The Greater Noida Campus started its academic activities on 30th July, 2006 and the campus was inaugurated by Dr. Krishna Kumar, Director Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in the distinguished presence of Dr. Rakesh Khurana, Chairman Knowledge Networks Pvt. Ltd & Ex. Pro VC IGNOU, and Mr. Arun Seth Chairman British Telecom Pvt. Ltd.
