The programme aims to enhance management potential by developing skills in the analysis of change and in problem solving, broadening knowledge and increasing the ability to make, implement and evaluate decisions at both operation and strategic levels. In addition to normal part-time study, a block release method of study is also available where you can undertake one module of the programme during one week at the College. The study weeks run three times a year over two years.
