Institute envisages from the beginning itself a close collaboration with the IT industry. This involves holding of workshops in the institute by IT professionals and providing a scheduled hands on training to students by arranging winter and summer trainings to work on projects under the supervision of industry peers and faculty. Placement of the students in the IT industry is the major concern of the Institute. For this purpose a full time placement cell under a faculty member has been created to liaison among the students and prospective employers and to keep a watchful eye on the emerging trends and future needs of the industry.
