Bioinformatics is not limited to its application in biological sciences but is also knocking the doors of other domains of science. The individual who wants to develop a career in bioinformatics cannot limit himself to theoretical araes but for better economic pursuits he has to have the practical industry oriented knowledge of subject. With this mission and vision ICBIO has launched the Advance program in Bioinformatics. There is a huge demand of skilled Bioinformatics Professionals in the industry. The proposed program will thus provide participants with the in-depth knowledge of the subject thus making him a skilled Bioinformatician. Along with the theoretical subject knowledge students are also taught to work on Bioinformatics tools and softwares.

Bio-Informatics

Graduate
The eligibility for the training program is graduation in any discipline. The program is most suitable for Doctors, medical professionals, pharmacists etc. Any one of the following minimum qualifications is mandatory to be eligible: B. Sc., / M. Sc., in Life science with minimum 50% in any one of the following subjects: Biotechnology, Microbiolgy, Genetics, Biochemistry or life sciences. M.B.B.S / B.D.S / B.A.M.S / B.H.M.S / B. Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy B.E (BT) / B. Tech (BT) Note: Final Year / Pre final students can also apply for the training.
