Students with this Master’s Degree in Valuation are entitled to get government registration with TWO years experience as against TEN years for Civil Engineers and Architects in Real Estate and Mechanical Engineers in Plant & Machinery (Refer Section 34 AB with Rule 8-A of Wealth Tax Act, 1957).
