The Adianta School for Leadership and Innovation promotes a radical and empowering educational approach that promotes Learning by Doing. It is a collaborative effort between some of the world’s leading innovation organizations, including the School of Design at the Technische Universiteit Delft (Netherlands), NESTA (UK), The Social Innovation Exchange (Global), and the Center for Knowledge Societies (India). With a distinguished team of advisors, international faculty and a global network of over 100 mentors, the Adianta School provides an unprecedented quality of international education right here in India.
The Adianta School curriculum is built around a nine-square grid, based on three fundamental pillars: innovate, build, lead. Students learn tools and techniques of innovation, how to build an organization, and how to lead organizations as well as social networks and movements. This integrated curriculum prepares students for India’s innovation future in a way that no other business or management school can.
For the past two years the Adianta School has been working with industry partners to provide short training courses and other experimental programs in different cities of India. Students from these courses have been placed into outstanding positions in India and abroad. To build this program, and to develop industry projects and internship opportunities, we have partnered with senior leaders from organizations including Mahindra, Godrej, Tata, Vodafone, IBM, Intel, GE, the Bihar Innovation Lab, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
