"A Grade" by NAAC

The University gives scholarships worth Rs.10,000/- per annum to the students admitted in the University Schools of Studies and Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology in order of merit of the Common Entrance Test (CET) to the first three students admitted in each programme. University awards the medals, certificates and cash prizes to the meritorious students who stand first and second in the University School of Studies and IGIT in their respective programmes. The University also honours its topper students with a Gold Medal and a Certificate of Merit in the respective programmes.

Boys Hostel * Boy’s hostel also provides a T.V room and a Reading Room for the recreational activities. * It has also a badminton Court and Table Tennis Table within the hostel, other sports items also available to the inmate like basket ball, volley ball, badminton, etc. * In addition to the sports equipments and items, it also has its own gymnasium for the boys. * In case of an illness/injury, First Aid Box is available in the hostel.
