The Computer Science and Engineering Department has well qualified and experienced faculty that ably guides, motivates and trains students so that they can perform to their fullest and attain leadership positions. The Faculty lays lot of stress on student’s overall development and uses latest teaching methodology and encourages students for academic activities such as seminar and projects. The faculty takes active interest in research and development activities and participates in National and International conferences and seminars. Some faculty members are pursuing their Ph. D. Degree. The computer Science and Engineering Department, in a short span of 10 years, has attained an enviable position among engineering colleges in the region. Computer Science and Information Technology being the main focus areas of development in the country, the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at CITM with its adequate facilities in this important area is in a unique position to contribute towards the advancement of the country. The department also provides valuable insights on the industrial scenario to the students to help them in focusing their energies in the right direction.
