Marc College of Management & Technology was started in the year 1998 by a team of experienced academicians in Management and Technology. At Marc College, a unique trilogy of students, faculty and learning resources produces some of the best minds in the country. Marc's students come from diverse backgrounds, which in itself help them to examine managerial issues from multiple perspectives. The essential catalyst in this process of transformation is our highly accomplished and erudite faculty. Our faculty members are involved in teaching, consultancy, as well as leading-edge research in key managerial areas. Many of them have taken up teaching assignments at Marc after fifteen or twenty years of experience in senior positions with leading Corporates in India. Several of them have multiple books and publications to their credit. As a consequence, they bring a rich combination of academic rigour as well as practical, industrial experience to the class room. For these reasons, Marc students are known to have significantly higher industrial exposure than most others. Teaching methods at the Marc include lectures, case studies, seminars, group discussions, business games, role plays, stimulation exercises, structured and unstructured group work, as well as field visits. The emphasis is on involving the students in learning and helping them to relate concepts and theories to business requirements.
