The Institute of Engineering and Technology, Sitapur, was established in 2005 with the goal of providing engineering and management education. It well also help them rebrand themselves and emerge as self-starter professionals in the world of engineering. Sitapur is a district in the state of Uttar Pradesh in the Lucknow division . The town is situated half- way between Lucknow and Shahjahanpur , 89 km north-west of the state capital . It is about 1.5 kms away from Lucknow- Delhi National Highway no. 24. The district is traversed by meter gauge railway from Lucknow to Bareilly and on broad gauge train network connecting Gorakhpur to Delhi via Gonda and Bushwal.
