The Institute offers a two-year full-time Postgraduate Program with specialization in Hospital Management and Health Management. It is a flagship educational program aiming at developing trained professionals with requisite skills in planning and operating management techniques; diagnosing and solving management problems; and acquiring consultancy skills, with a view to preparing them to manage hospitals and healthcare institutions in developing countries both in the public and the private sectors, and to meet the rising demand for quality care.

As the program has set high standards of management education in the health sector, it has attained the status of a premier program in the country. Our students go for training and placement to various hospitals and healthcare organizations in India and abroad.

The program, with an intake capacity of 120 seats, is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. The institute has approval for admitting students who are NRIs, foreign nationals/ PIO’s/ children of Indian workers in the gulf countries.

• 50% marks in the aggregate in the Bachelor’s Degree exam in MBBS /BDS/ AYUSH/ Graduates in Paramedical / Nursing / Engineering/ Science / Arts / Commerce / Economics / Humanities / Law and Management from a recognized university and with MAT/CMAT/ CAT/GPAT* (for pharma only)/IRMA* scores (for rural only) may apply.
• Should have taken any one of the MATs to be conducted by AIMA on September and December 2011, February and May 2012 or CMAT conducted by AICTE or CAT.
• Candidates appearing at the final year examination of the Bachelor's degree or waiting for the results of their final year degree examinations in 2012 may also apply. Such candidates, if selected, will be given provisional admission. They will be required to produce evidence of their graduation within two months of the start of the session.
