EWGI is one of the pioneer institutes having a full-fledged placement cell and a full time placement officer from its inception. To make the students to face the interviews the placement cell arranges regular and rigorous training programs on personality development and soft skills. More than 75 companies have visited for Campus Recruitments for the year 2006-2007.

Separate hostels are available for boys and girls; while the hostel for boys is situated on the campus, the girls hostel is situated at the city centre close to the head office. The quality of food, its variety, nutritive values and hygiene and the discipline of the inmates are being carefully monitored by the Warden of the Hostel. There exists a facility for indoor and outdoor games. Doctors visit hostels regularly to monitor the health of inmates.
