Site Characteristics: The Institute is located on the National Highway–58, at Kadrabad, 2.5 km from Modinagar towards Meerut, Which is a prime location along the highway. The site Abuts agricultural land on all three sides. The volume of traffic is fairly high on this highway with informal sector development on either side of the road. The approach road to the site is 30 m wide lined with huge deciduous trees. Educational Environment: The Buildings have been designed to fulfill the requirements of a Dental College. The Residential zone suits Indian lifestyle in terms of spatial planning providing each space its own privacy.
