Graduate

Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University and holding a Supervisory post in local body for note less than two years.
OR
Municipal official with Local Self-Government Diploma (LSGD) conferred by The All India Institute of Local Self-Government and holding a supervisory post in local body for note less than 2 years.
OR
Graduation in any faculty from a recognized university and directly recruited as Chief Officer by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission.
OR
Graduation in any faculty from a recognized university and holding Local Self-Government Diploma (LSGD) conferred by the All India Institute of Local Self-Government.
