(b) Risk Analysis and Insurance Planning (c) Retirement Planning and Employee Benefits (d) Investment Planning (e) Tax and Estate Planning (f) Advanced Financial Planning Challenge Status Programme Designed as a fast track certification Programme, it is targeted at professionals as diverse as CFA (USA), ICWA, C.A., MBA, PG, etc. as well as experienced employees and Managers employed in the financial service industry. Standard guidelines have been provided by FPSBI on (i) Eligibility criteria (ii) Special features of CSP, (iii) Basic study Material together with Reference Material, and (iv) Syllabus & References for CSP. Examination for CSP is similar to Exam No. 5 of general CFPCM candidates.
