The course of M.Sc. (Physics), which is a master's degree course, is a full time course of two years. There are huge job opportunities M.Sc. degree holders in Physics. A large proportion of degree holders entering permanent jobs go into research, design and development besides teaching. A degree in Physics gives one an excellent grounding in many areas. There are various Research Centres in India and abroad where M.Sc. degree holders in Physics are required for detailed research in various fields of physics.
