GITM provides its hostel residents with excellent services and facilities. Living on campus is not only a comfortable experience for the students, but it also gives them an opportunity to use the other facilities at Institute such as the library and computer center gym sports etc. It has separate hostel residents with excellent service and facilities. Living on campus is not only a comfortable experience for boys and girls. The boy’s hostel has the capacity of 260 students on double sharing and triple sharing basis and girls hostel has capacity of 150 students on double sharing basis.

Haryana State Counseling Society conducts entrance test, if any, for making admission and conducts online counseling for various admissions. The society is the nodal agency for carrying out online paperless admissions to various AICTE approved technical courses in Haryana. (www.hscs.org) Admission to B.Tech programmes shall be made on the intense-merit and of AIEEE to be conducted by the CBSE and for MBA course on the merit of highest score obtained by a candidate in MAT conducted by AIMA.
