The full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), is the flagship programme of ASM. The Programs is carried through trimester system with six terms spread over two years.
The Programme aims at providing young, enthusiastic minds the power to shape their career paths and influence change, In-depth knowledge, analytical rigour, rational thinking ,commitment, ethics and values, cooperation, competition, and innovation are the core values instilled in each individual who graduates from the programme. Admission Process
Appejay School of Management considers (for PGDM)/MAT (For PGDM-CRM & PGDM-IB) scores for admission to its PGDM Programmes. The Admission is based on the following parameters:
1. Graduation/Post Graduation degree percentage.
2. CAT/MAT admission test score.
3. Group Discussion
4. Personal Interview
The aspiring candidates should return the Application Form duly filled to the Admissions office by the stipulated date. The applications are carefully screened for superior academic performance and extra-curricular accomplishment of the candidates.
GROUP DISCUSSION & PERSONAL INTERVIEW
Based on the merit, candidates who qualify on the basis of CAT/MAT scores and graduation scores will be scored for Group Discussion & Personal interview is an essential element of the admission process , which is used to identify and assess interpersonal & communication skills, essential for management positions.
Afere careful evaluation of previous record, and performance in the admission Committee prepares a list of short-listed candidates who will be offered.
