Established by the Dhirubhai Ambani Foundation (registered under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950), RILS is dedicated to specific areas of fundamental and applied research that include basic and applied sciences, computer science and engineering, biomedical science and engineering, pharmaceutical science and engineering, agriculture and environment sciences, process development and manufacturing science and clinical research. RILS also aims to foster collaborative research with various national and international research institutes, as well as life sciences companies across the globe. Besides offering enriching experience through highly qualified faculty, RILS programs are designed to be at par with some of the world's best educational institutions, placing students on the fast track to a promising career in biotechnology
