The department is located in an area of 8000 sft. comprising of lecture halls and laboratories. Basic computer programming lab- equipped with 25 nodes connected on the windows NT platform is used for C , Cobol, C++, JAVA programming RDBMS lab: Equipped with 25 P-IV based nodes supported by a sophisticated IBM server for RDBMS related project development. Digital Class Room is planned to Host 40 P-IV based systems used web design and Internet related project developments. Linux Lab - Hosts 25 P-IV new systems used for Linux laboratory sessions. The department continuously endeavors to keep the students updated with the modern trends in the field of IT through conducting seminars, workshops, presentations from IT professionals and group discussions. The department is functioning in the more spacious new block.
