The Placement Cell, under the guidance of Placement In charge, looks after all activities related to training and placement. It provides assistance and guidance to all students in getting employment in the Industry/ Organisations. It maintains a strong database of potential clients/recruiters and maintains continuous liasioning with them assessing the trends in their requirement and making an effort to prepare the prospective Managers on these lines.

Presently Ishan has 5 Hostels, each having a four storied building consisting of rooms with single, double and triple occupancy vailable for students. The present occupancy in hostel is for around 500 hostellers, available on first come first serve basis. Adequate arrangements have been made for quality food, clean drinking water and regular power supply. The campus is safe and secure place for both boys and girls. Each hostel has resident wardens to take care of the hostellers, wardens residential quarters are in their respective hostels. Since the wardens are chosen from the faculty member, they also help the students in their out-of-the classroom academic tasks.
