IIT Gandhinagar invites applications to M.Tech programmes in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Materials Science and Engineering for the year 2012-2013. The M.Tech curriculum at IIT Gandhinagar has been designed to be highly creative with a focus on interdisciplinary skills.

Candidates who are GATE qualified are eligible to apply for M.Tech. GATE is not required for application to MTech on part-time basis or DIIT programme.

Scholarship
Eligible candidates admitted to M.Tech programme will receive a monthly scholarship of Rs. 8000/- . D.IIT students will not receive a stipend.
Educational Loan
Hostel Facility
The MTech programme is fully residential. The hostel facilities will be provided by the Institute upon payment of hostel fees. D.IIT students are not expected to maintain residency on campus, however, hostel facilities may be availed on payment of hostel fees subject to hostel availability.
