To promote technical education in this area Govt. has taken many steps. Govt. Polytechnic Lehragaga is already running in the campus of the Institute since 1996. The institute is named after renowned freedom fighter of “Parja Mandal movement” Baba Hira Singh Ji Bhattal Late father of Ex Deputy Chief Minister Sardarni Rajinder Kaur Bhattal. In the era of extreme revolutionary global flux, the field of Engineering & Technology becomes the pivotal point on which the synergized and all pervasive development of a nation relies heavily. Seeing the issue from syntagmatic and paradigmatic standings, the mirrored thesis reflects the significance in terms of transition and transcendence of a nation with an aimed destination of merging into global standards of quality and excellence.
