F-TEC was launched with the principal mission of providing quality computer education to the economically depressed sections of the society; it also laid special emphasis on developing IT skills in women for their greater empowerment. Over the years, the objectives of F-TEC have been realigned to meet the emerging social and economic needs of the country.
Today, basic IT skills are assumed to be an integral part of a prospective employee’s armory; employers are now evaluating prospective employees on their soft skills and basic functional skills.
Beginning 2011, F-TEC has engineered an ambitious transformation for the next decade. The transformation has taken F- TEC from being an IT training provider to a Multi-Skill development organization. The change in focus is to better prepare its students for challenging careers in IT and other booming Services Sectors like Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Telecom and Hospitality have to offer.
F-TEC has evolved itself over the years to transform youth into productive workforce by making them employable.
