The Doctorate in Business Administration (PhD in Business Administration) programme was launched in January 2000 keeping in mind the needs of working professionals who wanted to be in touch with latest management concepts & techniques and have an academic bent of mind.

Eligibility
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree by UCG Approved University or Post Graduate Diploma duly approved by AICTE with minimum 55% marks along with minimum 50% marks in the Graduation Degree. OR Degree in Engineering and Technology, Law, Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy or any other Professional Qualification equivalent to a Post Graduate Degree with minimum 55% marks And Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of (post Qualification) managerial experience in industry or 3 years of (Post Qualification ) teaching experience in a Management Institute recognised by AICTE or a University. The candidate should be working full time during the entire duration of the PhD in Business Administration Programme.

Candidates will be selected through the computer based Research Management Aptitude Test (R- MAT), conducted twice a year (May and December) at major cities in India and a few Overseas centres subject to availability of sufficient number of candidates and procedural clearances, followed by a personal interview.
The Application Form and Bulletin for PhD in Business Administration can be obtained from 25.3.09 by a Demand Draft of Rs. 850/ or USD 100 (overseas) in favour of "AIMA-CMS", payable at New Delhi. The Form and Bulletin can also be obtained by cash Rs. 800/- from the AIMA counter at New Delhi.
