INC encourages meritorious students through Merit Scholarships. These scholarships are initially based on marks obtained by the student in his bachelor's degree and later on based on the academic performance of the student. Women students are being additionally encouraged through Merit Scholarships for Women. Merit Scholarships are provisionally announced at the time of admission by the Admissions Committee based on the bachelor's degree marks obtained cumulatively for all years. For applicants who are yet to receive their final year marks, scholarships will be awarded based on cumulative marks of all years up to and including the penultimate year.
