Dr Vishnu Agarwal, MBBS, M D, MBA, a well established Physician and Medical Practitioner established All India Society for Advance Education & Research ( AISAER) at New Delhi, a society registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860 with like minded persons with a vision to impart education to Indian youth at affordable cost but at par with best Institutions in India and abroad and undertake Applied Research in diversified fields. Under the aegis of AISAER , first private self financing Engineering College was established in the state of Rajasthan at Alwar in the name and style of 'Institute of Engineering and Technology'(IET) with approval of All India Council for Technical Education and Department of Technical Education, Government of Rajasthan, with an intake of 180 in three courses namely B.Tech – CSE, ECE & IT. The college was affiliated to Rajathan University at Jaipur. IET established its reputation as a center of excellence in its initial years and became the most preferred destination for students and employers, alike. There was no looking back.
