The National Scholarship Program is open to all students who meet entry requirements. Each year a total of approximately 10,000 scholarships are awarded through the National Scholarship Program.

The goal of the Learning Resource Provider is to select students whose academic background, work experience, leadership abilities, communication skills meet the demands of the Online Program. These individuals must be able to benefit from, as well as, contribute to the educational programs. Intelligent ethical, articulate and active individuals are encouraged to pursue this program.
