JSS Academy of Technical Education has separate hostels for Boys and Girls. Boys Hostel has 156 triple seater rooms and has total capacity for 468 boys. All the rooms have attached bathrooms. Boys hostel is just half a km away from the campus. Girls Hostel is inside the campus and has a capacity to accomodate 430 girls.
