Academy of Retail & Finance (ARF) is an innovational academy, the first of its kind in India offering certificate courses in Retail Banking and Insurance Sales. Founding members of ARF have experience of many years and they believe that sales market is the only place where students can get real time exposure and experience, and no other field can give them such exposure. It also increases the knowledge and skill of students. We realised the need for a 'Training before Recruitment' (TBR) initiative required by the Industry. This led us to form ARF - a venture where ‘Education Meets Employment’ in some of the most relevant sectors of growth in India. Core Values at Academy of Retail & Finance are innovation, creativity, problem-solving and collaborative teamwork. These values guide ARF students to experience a distinctive certification that gives them tools to continuously succeed through an approach that values both teamwork and leadership. Academy of Retail & Finance has developed a comprehensive education program for new entrants in the Retail Banking and Insurance industry. We have termed the certifications as CRBP (Certified Retail Banking Professional), and CISP (Certified Insurance Sales Professional). In addition to learning the basics, students completing the course will have all the skills required to immediately become a productive member of any Banking or Insurance company. They will know how to market themselves, how to service accounts, how to deal effectively with clients, and how to promote and earn repeat business. An ARF education gives students the best possible start to their career and provides companies with the assurance that ARF-certified professionals can “hit the ground running.”
