Hindu College was founded more than a century ago in 1899, by Late Shri Krishan Dassji Gurwale. Sri Venkateswara College was the visionary realization of the spirited vision and dream of three stalwarts in the public domain Smt. Durga Bai Deshmukh, Dr. K.L. Rao and Dr. C. Anna Rao.
